The DriverUp! Story

DriverUp!™ was created by Bob Antonellis, a successful entrepreneur, founder and creator of NutriData Software, Inc., an award-winning “Diet Balancer” software suite for nutritional analysis. Soon after selling his stake in the company, Mr. Antonellis spent several years developing unique applications in the German Telecom market as it was being privatized. Returning to the U.S., he began to research uses of data emerging from new technologies, especially GPS, wireless communications and other technologies focused on situational awareness.

After careful review, Mr. Antonellis determined that pizza delivery fleet management was a ripe area for improvement and could benefit from this emerging technology.

Unlike most software development companies, Mr. Antonellis decided that the only way to truly understand the pizza delivery operation was to actually conduct hands-on research on the inside. For over a year, he worked as a delivery driver at a local pizzeria to experience first hand the intricacies of the pizza delivery operation.

The result of all this work is DriverUp!™ The greatest breakthrough in delivery management software!

The Founders

Brothers Bob and Steven Antonellis are both Industrial Engineers with decades of experience.  Bob Antonellis has spent much of his career developing ways to use technology to improve the efficiency and operational output of various commercial enterprises.  Steven has held the position of senior operating executive for several companies servicing the pharmaceutical, personal care and biotechnology industries.
